Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA)

Pursuant to Section 56-575.18 of the Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002 (PPEA); beginning July 1, 2009 the Auditor of Public Accounts posts all Public-Private Partnership Agreements in their entirety for local governments within the Commonwealth. It is incumbent upon every local government to remit electronic copies of any comprehensive agreements procured under the provisions of the PPEA to the Auditor of Public Accounts. Future PPEA documents and contracts will be posted to the Data Point website as they become available.
